Content: 1866 August 12, Florence. The Minister of Public Education Natoli informs the Prefect of Girgenti that the R. D. 1863, despite establishing that all the antiquities found in Girgenti must be delivered to the Museum of Palermo, must refer only to the objects found in the course of excavations carried out by the Antiquities and Fine Commission arts, while for investigations conducted by other subjects the common discipline defined by the Decree of 13 and 14 May 1822 as well as the Rescript of 24 September 1824 must be applied.
